Half Term and Germs

So my old enemy half term has arrived. Generally by now someone in the family is ill. Because we are a caring sharing type of family we all get poorly. Well this time I refuse. Germs you need to stay away I have plans. That's right plans. We are doing something everyday. Well it says so in my diary so it must be true. Yes I really do have a diary. I put coffee mornings in there. Lunch with my girly friends and play dates for my Noonatic. I then put my diary in a safe place and loose it. I have every intention of being this well organised super mum. Then I realise that I am me. I am a scatter brain. Once upon a time when I had career I used to run restaurants. I could organise it happily always knew where all my staff were and at what stage of a meal every table was at. And how long before I could seat another in their place. I then had my beautiful crazy Noonatic and she turned my brain to mush. I loose car keys on a regular basis. I even tried to put the kettle in the fridge the other day instead of the milk. I really am not joking. I thank having my Chubby baby for that one.
So providing we are germ free there is pottery painting, a princess tea party (at my house) and days out to go on. I may just have to throw in a pj day in there somewhere. It would be rude not too.
Happy Half Term Everyone!!

Hi All!!
Welcome to my blog Disorganised Happiness.
So i guess I should tell you a little about me.....
I am 34 year old mum of two. I used to run Pubs before my eldest arrived. I loved the whole atmosphere. Once upon time I was a gin drinking, chain smoking, dance on the bar kinda girl. Now you are more likely to find me drinking coffee, cleaning snotty noses or singing along to Let it go at the top of my lungs. Whilst dancing round my living room with my girls. My workaholic partner of 7 1/2 years and father of my two beautiful girls would also called me a hoarder. He is right technically.....
My eldest is 5 1/2 and has the bluest eyes and butter wouldn't melt look. Until she laughs and it is the dirtiest laugh on a child I have heard. It is also very infectious. She is our little Noonatic. From the moment she could walk at 11 months. Yes 11 months it was frantic. She was a loon she would climb up anything and climb into anything she could. Hence the nickname Noonatic. Because she really is one. Then there is the newest addition to our family. Our little Chubby baby who was born a whooping 9lbs 2oz on just gas and air. Boy did I feel glad my labour only lasted 6 hours and 15 minutes. She is just over 11 months. Unlike her sister she is only crawling but just as mischievous. She has  darker blue eyes than Noonatic but just as beautiful with her blonde/brown hair and chubby cheeks with her little toothy smile.  When she smiles and wrinkles her nosey heart just melts.
My girls and my workaholic partner are my life. I am not the most organised mum. In fact our life can be pretty chaotic some days. I am never going to be this amazing housewife. My home is lived in with toys strewn around our living room. I love to bake, cook, Crochet,  knit and embroider. Currently I am a stay at home mum who is working on turning her hobby into a little business adventure. If it works it works if it doesn't that's ok too. I love what I do. Welcome to my life it really is
